In this audio clip, Bo Mattingly describes his relationship with Pinnacle Telecom (formerly Newroads Telecom), and the services that we provide for him and his radio show.
Westark YamahaI appreciate Pinnacle offering a competitive, local alternative for a small business such as us. The last few years have been difficult waters to navigate and to have a company who actually lowered their price to remain competitive is unheard of in these times. In addition, a company that seems to care and provides personalized service is what will continue to make your company a standout in our local area.
Farmers Co-OpI just wanted to take a moment to express my satisfaction with Pinnacle Telecom. I am the IT manager for Farmers Cooperative. We currently have 18 stores in Northwest Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma. I deal with every ISP in the area AT&T, Centurylink, Cox Cable, Windstream, PGtelco, and so on.
I currently have 7 connections with Pinnacle Fiber, DSL and T1's. I wish I could have every connection with Pinnacle. Your support beats all of the others hands down. There is no comparison. There is no other ISP that I deal with that I can call and get a knowledgeable person such as Jeff Phillips on the phone. I have been doing this a long time. I know every ISP is going to have problems now and again but it is all in how you deal with it. Just wanted to say thanks.

McCourt ManufacturingWe recently had a server go down which shut down our entire business operations. Pinnacle had a quick solution and had us back up and running days before anyone else projected. Pinnacle was also able to get us back in action at a much lower cost. Allen and Forrest of Pinnacle personally delivered the fixed server and assured that all systems were working properly before closing the ticket.
McCourt Manufacturing would like to thank these 2 gentlemen who represent Pinnacle for their hard work and persistence in getting our problem fixed.
